What You Need To Know
Images Delivery
- All images are delivered in high-resolution digital format.
- A private, password-protected online gallery will be provided for viewing and downloading your images.
- Prints are available as an optional add-on for any experience.
Delivery Timeline
Photography Experiences (The Frame & The Story):
- Delivered within 7–10 days
Event Experiences:
- Delivery time varies based on coverage
Travel & Destination Events
- Travel fees may apply for any Photography or Event Experiences outside of El Paso, TX.
- For destination shoots or events, please inquire in advance for a custom quote based on location and logistics.
Booking & Retainer
- A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.
- Dates are NOT reserved until the retainer is received.
- For event experiences, the remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event.
Time & Punctuality
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience.
- Your experience time begins at the scheduled start time.
- Late arrivals will reduce your available experience time and cannot be extended out of respect for other bookings.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations happen.
- Photography Experiences must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
- Event Experiences must be rescheduled at least 30 days in advance
All rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations
- All retainers and payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Additional Time & Add-ons
- Additional time and add-ons are available upon request and subject to availability.
Content Use
- By booking, you agree that all images and content may be used by the photographer for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
